We just
received the RMA Y10959 in our office a few minutes ago.
When last we spoke I was told it wouldn’t likely make it to
the bench until today. Imagine my surprise when it shows
up here this morning. Thank you very much. It is extremely
refreshing to be dealing with your company as opposed to the
other guys. I occasionally have to deal with the brand-X
company regarding warranty work and have nothing but
headaches when doing so.
I just wanted to let you know how please we are with your

I ship out on a Thursday afternoon; you guys receive it on Friday.
And I have it back, repaired, and in my office by Monday morning?
That's a 24 hour turn around in house, and less than 48 hours with
shipping?

Hi,
We had a previous relationship with XXXXXXX for 9 years and had
always been mildly unhappy until the end when they flat our refused to
repair faulty equipment and had a 75% failure rate. We found Spartan
during our search for a new vendor and have regretted not looking
sooner.
In the past 3 years we have only had 1 RMA and it was only a faulty
drive which was replaced immediately. The fact that your entire
operation is based in the U.S. as well as your staff is friendly and
speaks English clearly is one of our most appreciated attributes. But
along with that, high quality components, quick service, and fair
pricing are right up there as well.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the speedy repair of my customers laptop that was damaged
when her child caused it to fall from the dining room table onto the
floor.
Amazingly the only thing that broke was the AC to DC adapter socket
which you replaced in record time. One tough
laptop for sure.

Thank you for the info. I was really impressed with the turn around time
on this RMA. We were waiting for almost a month to get a unit back from
Twinhead. Another time ASI took almost 2 months. Dell was no better.
That is one of the reasons we use Spartan exclusively now. The other is
the quality of components that mean fewer RMA requests. Spartans have
the best track record of all the laptops we have sold. Your company is
available when other companies put you thru the myriad of voice mail
options. Sure we can find units cheaper elsewhere but that is exactly
what you get - CHEAP hunk of junk notebooks. Customers do not reorder
notebooks that have issues.
